HE - High-end restaurants are fine dining restaurants that are subject to a stricter review for the purposes of this blog. As HE and non-HE restaurants are in different categories, it would not be adequate and fair to judge them by the same patterns, as such same marks does not mean equivalent level. This different qualification allows this blog to give excellent marks to non-HE restaurants without discrediting HE ones. The qualification of a restaurant as HE is at the author's discretion and is based, amongst others, on the type of food, prices, awards, head chef, decoration or required dress code.
